Tink's - Call to check availability Online Store - Call to check availabilityHi-lift mower blades feature a large upward-angled trailing fin (or sail) that creates stronger suction to stand grass up and forcefully discharge to give a better cut in thick / wet grass.
They will use more power than standard lift discharge blades, but in adverse/thick/wet conditions they will leave a better finish cut.
Discharge blades feature a single cutting surface designed to work in conjunction with the deck baffle kit to cut grass once and lay it back down in a single cut piece.
Because they cut the grass only once they are usually more energy than mulching blades.
In the right application (minimal reduction maintenance mowing) they will still leave an excellent finish.
