The Quiet Hum of Commercial Productivity
Model 997005 replaces the conventional engine, hydrostatic transmission, drive belts and pulleys with a purpose-built electric power system. The result is quiet operation with no petrol refuelling, engine-oil changes or exhaust emissions at the machine. Its automotive-style welded tubular frame, commercial X-Factor® 3 deck and low-profile suspension seat ensure the EV still looks, feels and works like a proper Gravely commercial mower.

FusionCore QuickSwap Battery System
Four removable 56-volt, 4 kWh lithium-ion batteries provide 16 kWh of installed capacity. Batteries can be swapped for charged units to keep commercial crews moving through longer working days.

X3 Constant-Drive Spindles
Independent electric spindle motors drive the blades without conventional deck belts. Gravely’s impact-absorbing spindle design helps protect the motors from accidental blade strikes and can be serviced rather than simply replaced.

Next-Generation Electric Wheel Drives
Brushless electric drive motors are paired with robust planetary gearboxes to provide responsive zero-turn control, strong torque and speeds of up to 17.7 km/h—without engine vibration or hydrostatic drive noise.

48-Inch X-Factor® 3 Deck
The 1219 mm side-discharge deck is fabricated from durable 7-gauge steel and engineered for effective airflow, clean cutting and controlled grass dispersion. Fifteen cutting positions cover heights from 38 to 127 mm.

Commercial Operator Comfort
An adjustable high-back suspension seat with padded armrests helps isolate the operator from rough ground. A clear LCD information display, foot-operated deck lift and twin-lever steering keep essential controls close at hand.

Failsafe Braking and Standard ROPS
The electric braking system automatically applies when the operator leaves the seat or if a system fault is detected. A foldable rollover protective structure is fitted as standard for commercial operating environments.
Built for Productive Commercial Mowing
With productivity rated at up to 5.3 acres per hour—approximately 2.1 hectares per hour—the Pro-Turn EV 48 is designed for commercial operators, institutions and substantial private properties where lower noise and reduced routine maintenance offer a real operational advantage.
Warranty: 5 years or 1,500 hours for domestic and commercial use, plus a 90-day hire or rental warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
