The Quiet Hum of Commercial Productivity
Model 997006 replaces the conventional engine, hydrostatic transmission, drive belts and pulleys with a purpose-built electric power system. The result is quiet operation with no petrol refuelling, engine-oil changes or exhaust emissions at the machine. Its automotive-style welded tubular frame, commercial X-Factor® 3 deck and low-profile suspension seat ensure the EV still looks, feels and works like a proper Gravely commercial mower.

FusionCore QuickSwap Battery System
Four removable 56-volt lithium-ion batteries provide 16 kWh of installed capacity. Batteries can be swapped for charged units to keep commercial crews moving through longer working days.

X3 Constant-Drive Spindles
Three independent brushless electric motors drive the cutting blades without conventional deck belts. Gravely’s impact-absorbing spindle design helps protect the motors from accidental blade strikes and can be serviced rather than simply replaced.

Next-Generation Electric Wheel Drives
Brushless electric drive motors are paired with robust planetary gearboxes to provide responsive zero-turn control, strong torque and speeds of up to 17.7 km/h—without engine vibration or hydrostatic drive noise.

52-Inch X-Factor® 3 Deck
The 1321 mm side-discharge deck is fabricated from durable 7-gauge steel and engineered for effective airflow, clean cutting and controlled grass dispersion. Fifteen cutting positions cover heights from 38 to 127 mm.

Commercial Operator Comfort
An adjustable high-back suspension seat with padded armrests helps isolate the operator from rough ground. A clear LCD information display, foot-operated deck lift and twin-lever steering keep essential controls close at hand.

Failsafe Braking and Standard ROPS
The electric braking system automatically applies when the operator leaves the seat or if a system fault is detected. A foldable rollover protective structure is fitted as standard for commercial operating environments.

With productivity rated at up to 5.7 acres per hour—approximately 2.3 hectares per hour—the Pro-Turn EV 52 combines substantial cutting coverage with the lower noise and reduced routine maintenance of a purpose-built electric commercial mower.
