The CMB-SP is a unique self priming mu;ti stage centrifugal pump, combining the enrgy efficiency of centrifugal mpumps with the suction mlift capability of a jet pump.

Centrifugal pumps are much quieter than jet pumps, so can be installed against an exterior wall of the house, but preferably away from bedrooms.

Selecting the best pump for your application involves a conversation with one of our sales staff about flow & pressure requirements. For that reason we do not sell pumps online.

The Grundfos CM Booster Self-Priming range includes seven different compact booster pumps designed for domestic and light industrial use.

The booster unit consists of a robust multistage centrifugal pump and a generator friendly PM1 or PM2 Pressure Manager.

  • CMB-SP3-28 PM2 – 65l/min maximum flow, 28m maximum head/pressure, 0.50kW / 3.1A
  • CMB-SP3-37 PM2 – 65l/min maximum flow, 37m maximum head/pressure, 0.50kW / 3.1A
  • CMB-SP3-47 PM2 – 65l/min maximum flow, 47m maximum head/pressure, 0.50kW / 3.1A
  • CMB-SP3-56 PM2 – 65l/min maximum flow, 56m maximum head/pressure, 0.67kW / 4.4A
  • CMB-SP5-28 PM2 – 100l/min maximum flow, 28m maximum head/pressure, 0.50kW / 3.1A
  • CMB-SP5-47 PM2 – 100l/min maximum flow, 47m maximum head/pressure, 0.90kW / 5.4A

The Pressure Manager allows the pump to start and stop automatically according to demand and protects the pump from dry running.

The CM Booster SelfPriming is the perfect solution if you are struggling with insufficient mains pressure, and can also be used with above or below ground water sources.
